Today TCS released its quarterly resullt and also announced for buyback of 17k cr. CMP of TCS is 3613 and buyback price is 4150.
If i buy let’s say 100 shares before record date and sell all on the day of buyback. Can i take the profit into my pocket or is there any restrictions for this ?
