Dishonesty of ACT Fibernet

I raised disconnect request on 21 Sep with ACT. ACT team said it would be closed on 30 Sep. I reopened the ticket on same day. ACT team closed the ticket again assuring me that internet would be closed 30 Sep. I got a bill for October today. They disconnected today after calling. However it is showing that I have to pay 590. Why so much dishonesty. I am really angry with how one of the larger internet providers do their business.
