How much should I [19M College student] ask for per design

So, I got offered from a medium size **art company** where they give me refference images of other’s **TIle (marble)** designs and I have to **create** somewhat new **design** out of it on illustrator,
I need help in **how much** should I ask them **per design**, each design takes me around **2-2.5 hrs** per design, updating them according to clients request it takes another hour
