Hello. I’m very weak for now (curling with 2kg weights) but Indian Clubbell REALLY interest me.
So I want to invest in Indian Clubbells to gain strength primarly but also mobility.
First. What weight should I take if I curl with 2kg right now ? Still 2kg or maybe upgrade for better result as it’s very different to classic weights ?
In the case I upgrade to 4kg should I take one for each hand (so like 2kg and 2kg) or should I take only one ? (so 4kg)
