The first movie that comes to mind for me is ADHM. Nearly every song is great, however the movie itself was extremely underwhelming.
Other examples of movies I can think of are Jab Tak Hai Jaan (ARR>>>) and Dhoom 3 (Malang and Kamli are some of my favourite Hindi songs)
