For me SWADES – I grew up watching Bollywood movies and it had a huge impact on the way i see things in life. Growing up watching KalHoNaHo really made me crazy to go and settle in NY it was my childhood dream. After i got my first job in a different metro City, i was was mostly alone and usually watch movies for timepass. And then i watched Swades and it completely changed me.. i was originally from a big metro City as well so seeing the villages portrayed in this film was really shocking to me as i never been to a village every as our whole family is settled in the city from generations.. Watching the villages from the train/bus window whenever i travel from my work city to home city really made me ponder a lot of things about our country..
